Danielle Darby - Owner/CEO
Rob Darby - Chief of Administration
Danielle and Rob Darby, the dynamic leadership duo behind DNR Security & Private Investigation, bring a wealth of experience and a shared commitment to community and family. Together, they have cultivated a company that prides itself on making staff feel like family and prioritizing community welfare.
Danielle, with over 10 years of experience in running and building a company, leads DNR SFR with a strong emphasis on family values. Her extensive background includes over 10 years in administrative roles, customer service, and community relations. She is passionate about giving back, having initiated DNR SFR's community training programs, self-defense classes, and fitness classes at two locations. Every year, under her guidance, DNR adopts two families for the holiday season and supports the less fortunate.
Rob, as Co-Owner and Chief of Administration, also brings over 10 years of experience, running the Private Investigations division. His background in community relations, administration, and private investigation continuously enhances the company's relationship with the community. As a Baltimore native, he understands the importance of due diligence and providing essential services to the community. Rob is a strong advocate for giving back, organizing annual clothing and food donations to support those in need.
